Mezcal Margarita
Same shape as a margarita, twice the personality.

- 50 ml Mezcal
- 20 ml Triple sec
- 25 ml Limes
- 7 ml Agave syrup
Method
Shake and strain over fresh ice in a salt-rimmed glass.

If you're missing something
- Mezcal → Tequila — loses the smoke, which in most of these drinks is the entire point
- Triple sec → Cointreau or dry curaçao — the same category — Cointreau is the benchmark and worth the difference
- Agave syrup → Sugar syrup — neutral, and loses the affinity agave has with tequila
