Negroni Sbagliato
The "mistaken" Negroni — prosecco where the gin should be.

Method
Build over ice, add the prosecco last and stir once.

Where it comes from
Bar Basso, Milan, 1960s. Sbagliato means mistaken: barman Mirko Stocchetto reached for a bottle of sparkling wine instead of gin, and served what he had made.
