- 120 ml Pineapple juice
Method
Blend with a cup of crushed ice until smooth, or shake hard and pour over crushed.

Where it comes from
Puerto Rico. Ramón Marrero is generally credited with it at the Caribe Hilton in 1954, though a rival claim exists from the same island. It was made the official drink of Puerto Rico in 1978.
