Planter’s Punch
One of sour, two of sweet, three of strong, four of weak.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Dark rum
- 20 ml Limes
- 15 ml Sugar syrup
- top Soda water
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Method
Shake the first three, pour over crushed ice, top with soda and dash the bitters over.

If you're missing something
- Sugar syrup → Agave syrup — slightly sweeter, so use a little less
- Sugar syrup → Honey — loosen with warm water first; adds its own flavour
