Pornstar Martini
Britain’s most-ordered cocktail. The prosecco goes beside it, not in it.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Vodka
- 20 ml Passionfruit liqueur
- 10 ml Vanilla syrup
- 15 ml Limes
- 50 ml, on the side Prosecco
Method
Shake everything except the prosecco, double strain, and serve a shot of fizz alongside.

Douglas Ankrah created it in London in 2002, originally calling it the Maverick Martini. It is consistently among the best-selling cocktails in British bars.
