Tommy’s Margarita
Agave instead of orange liqueur — cleaner, and the tequila actually speaks.

Shake and strain over fresh ice.

Where it comes from
Julio Bermejo created this at his family’s restaurant, Tommy’s in San Francisco, in the late 1980s. Replacing orange liqueur with agave syrup was a deliberate attempt to let 100% agave tequila taste of itself.
