What it tastes like
Overwhelming anise and fennel, with bitter wormwood behind it. Neat it is almost undrinkable; in drops it is transformative.
What it does in a drink
Aromatic accent, used as a rinse or in drops. It is there to be smelled rather than tasted, and a measure would ruin the drink.
