If you're missing something

  • CachaçaWhite rum — cleaner and less grassy — strictly it stops being a Caipirinha, but it works

Where it comes from

Brazil’s national cocktail, made with cachaça — sugarcane spirit distilled from fresh juice rather than molasses, which is what separates it from rum.
